 Martinsburg Resident Enters Plea to Drug Charge
    
MARTINSBURG, WEST VIRGINIA — A 57-year old Martinsburg, West Virginia, resident entered a plea of guilty on December 14, 2011, in United States District Court in Martinsburg before Magistrate Judge David J. Joel.
United States Attorney William J. Ihlenfeld, II announced that: DONNELL SYLVESTER PARKER entered a plea of guilty to one count of an Indictment charging him with the distribution of crack cocaine on August 6, 2009, in Martinsburg. PARKER, who is in custody pending sentencing, faces a maximum exposure of 20 year imprisonment and a fine of $1,000,000.
 The case was prosecuted by Assistant United States Attorney Erin K. Reisenweber and was investigated by the Eastern Panhandle Drug and Violent Crimes Task Force. The Task Force consists of officers from the West Virginia State Police - Bureau of Criminal Investigation, the Martinsburg Police Department, the Berkeley County Sheriff’s Department, and the Jefferson County Sheriff’s Department.
