Tallmansville, West Virginia, Resident
Enters Guilty Plea to Methamphetamine Charge

ELKINS, WEST VIRGINIA — A 27 year old Tallmansville, West Virginia, resident entered a plea of guilty on February 15, 2011, in United States District Court in Elkins before Magistrate Judge John S. Kaull.

United States Attorney William J. Ihlenfeld, II, announced that REGINA WAGONER entered a plea of guilty to one count of an Indictment charging her with conspiracy to distribute and to manufacture more than five grams of methamphetamine from June of 2010 to July 27, 2010, in Lewis County.

WAGONER, who is currently in custody, faces a minimum sentence of five years imprisonment and a maximum sentence of 40 years imprisonment, and a fine of $2,000,000.

The case was prosecuted by Assistant United States Attorney Stephen D. Warner. The case was investigated by the Lewis County Sheriff’s Department and the West Virginia State Police - Bureau of Criminal Investigations.
