Four Entered Guilty Pleas in Federal Court

 

MARTINSBURG, WEST VIRGINIA — Four individuals entered guilty pleas on June 28, 2011, and June 30, 2011, in United States District Court in Martinsburg before Magistrate Judge David J. Joel.

United States Attorney William J. Ihlenfeld, II, announced that:

CHRISTINA MARIE KELLEY, age 28, of Martinsburg, entered a plea of guilty to one count of an Indictment charging her with the distribution of “crack” cocaine within 1,000 feet of Martinsburg High School on January 13, 2011. KELLEY, who is currently free on bond pending sentencing, faces a maximum penalty of 40 years imprisonment and a fine of $2,000,000. The case was prosecuted by Assistant United States Attorney Paul T. Camilletti. The case was investigated by the Eastern Panhandle Drug & Violent Crimes Task Force. The Task Force consists of officers from the West Virginia State Police - Bureau of Criminal Investigation, the Martinsburg Police Department, the Berkeley County Sheriff’s Department, and the Jefferson County Sheriff’s Department.

RASHIAD ROBINSON, also known as “DAY DAY,” also known as “D,” age 32, of Martinsburg, entered a plea of guilty to one count of an Indictment charging him with the distribution of “crack” cocaine on November 17, 2009, in Berkeley County, West Virginia. ROBINSON, who is currently in custody pending sentencing, faces a maximum penalty of 40 years imprisonment and a fine of $2,000,000. The case was prosecuted by Assistant United States Attorney Erin K. Reisenweber and was investigated by the Eastern Panhandle Drug & Violent Crimes Task Force.

CHALDIN POINT DU JOUR, also known as “JUSTIN,”age 25, of Hagerstown, Maryland, entered a plea of guilty to one count of an Indictment charging him with causing transactions using unauthorized credit cards from January and April 2010. His co-defendant, Carrie Przywarty, who has already entered a plea of guilty, obtained the account numbers and personal identifiers of approximately 33 account holders while she was employed as a customer service supervisor for Citibank. She then provided these account numbers and identifiers to POINT DU JOUR who used the information to obtain merchandise that was shipped to various addresses in Martinsburg and Shepherdstown. POINT DU JOUR, who is currently in custody pending sentencing, faces a maximum penalty of 15 years imprisonment and a fine of $250,000. The case was prosecuted by Assistant United States Attorney Erin K. Reisenweber. The case was investigated by the United States Postal Inspection Service and the United States Secret Service.

MARIA EMILIA HERNANDEZ-HERNANDEZ, age 53, of Moorefield, West Virginia, and a citizen of Mexico, entered a plea of guilty to one count of an Indictment charging her with fraud and misuse of a visa and permit on April 9, 2011, in Moorefield. HERNANDEZ-HERANDEZ, who is currently in custody, faces a maximum penalty of 10 years imprisonment and a fine of $250,000. The case was prosecuted by Assistant United States Attorney Erin K. Reisenweber. The case was investigated by the United States Department of Homeland Security, Immigration and Customs Enforcement; and the Potomac Highlands Drug and Violent Crimes Task Force. The Task Force consists of officers from the Federal Bureau of Investigation, the West Virginia State Police - Bureau of Criminal Investigations, and the Mineral County Sheriff’s Department.
