Reynoldsville Resident Sentenced on Marijuana Charge
CLARKSBURG, WEST VIRGINIA - A 50 year old Reynoldsville, West Virginia, resident was sentenced on November 21, 2011, in United States District Court in Clarksburg by Judge Irene M. Keeley.
United States Attorney William J. Ihlenfeld, II announced that: LADDY E. ZROSKE was sentenced to 28 months imprisonment to be followed by three years of supervised release. ZROSKI entered a plea of guilty on August 3, 2011, to one count of an indictment charging him with the possession with intent to distribute marijuana on March 19, 2010, in Harrison County. ZROSKE was remanded to the custody of the United States Marshal.
The case was prosecuted by Assistant United States Attorney Robert H. McWilliams, Jr. and was investigated by the Harrison County Drug Task Force and the Drug Enforcement Administration. The task force consists of officers from the Clarksburg Police Department, the Harrison County Sheriff’s Department and the Bridgeport Police Department.
