Two Buckhannon Residents Entered Pleas of Guilty to
Methamphetamine Charges
ELKINS, WEST VIRGINIA - Two Buckhannon, West Virginia, residents entered pleas of guilty on August 20, 2012, in United States District Court in Elkins before Magistrate Judge John S. Kaull.
United States Attorney William J. Ihlenfeld, II, announced that:
JONATHAN KEITH KOON, age 28 and LISA DAWN BUTCHER, age 38, entered pleas of guilty to Possession of Material Used in the Manufacture of Methamphetamine. KOON and BUTCHER, who are free on bond, face up to 20 years imprisonment and a $250,000 fine.
This case was prosecuted by Assistant United States Attorney Stephen D. Warner and investigated by the Upshur County Sheriff’s Department and the Buckhannon Police Department.
