Fairmont Resident Sentenced to 46 Months
for Illegal Reentry into the United States

CLARKSBURG, WEST VIRGINIA — A 37-year old Fairmont, West Virginia, resident
was sentenced on July 5, 2012, in United States District Court in Clarksburg by Judge Irene M. Keeley.

United States Attorney William J. Ihlenfeld, II, announced that: LENNOX BUCKLEY was sentenced to 46 months imprisonment to be followed by 1 year of supervised release. BUCKLEY entered a plea of guilty on April 11, 2012, to one count of Unlawful Reentry into the United States without Consent from the Department of Homeland Security after having previously been deported. BUCKLEY was remanded to the custody of the United States Marshal pending designation to a Federal institution.

This case was prosecuted by Assistant United States Attorney Andrew R. Cogar and was investigated by Immigration and Customs Enforcement and the United States Postal Inspection Service.
