Illegal Alien Enters Plea and is
Sentenced in Federal Court
CLARKSBURG, WEST VIRGINIA — A 35-year old Mexican national living in Lost Creek, West Virginia, entered a plea of guilty and was sentenced on November 29, 2012, in United States District Court in Clarksburg by Judge Irene M. Keeley.
United States Attorney William J. Ihlenfeld, II, announced that:
JUVENTINO PECERO-REBULLOSA entered a plea of guilty to “Unlawful Reentry Into the United States After Having been Deported and Removed on May 18, 2005.” PECERO-REBULLOSA was sentenced to time served and remanded to the custody of US Immigration and Customs Enforcement, Homeland Security Investigations (ICE/HSI)for deportation.
The case was prosecuted by Criminal Chief Shawn A. Morgan and investigated by
ICE/HSI.
