Two Wheeling Residents Sentenced During the Month of October for Violations of their Federal Probation

WHEELING, WEST VIRGINIA - Two Wheeling residents were sentenced during the month of October for violating the terms of their probation, by Judge Frederick P. Stamp, Jr.

CODY PELLARIN, age 22, was sentenced to 4 months imprisonment to be followed by three years of supervised release for testing positive for the use of marijuana; failure to report to the United States Probation Office for scheduled drug screen, and failure to report to treatment provider for counseling. PELLARIN was originally sentenced on April 16, 2012, to three years probation for conspiracy to possess with intent to distribute oxycodone and marijuana. PELLARIN, who is free on bond, will self-report to the designated Federal institution on November 15, 2012.

BRANDON D. BAUER, age 21, was sentenced to 4 months imprisonment to be followed by three years of supervised release for testing positive for the use of oxycodone and morphine and deceiving the drug-testing process. BAUER was originally sentenced on June 4, 2012, to three years probation for conspiracy to possess with intent to distribute and to distribute oxycodone, alprazolam and marijuana. BAUER, who is free on bond, will self-report to the designated Federal institution on December 27, 2012.
