Westover Resident Enters Plea in Federal Court

CLARKSBURG, WEST VIRGINIA - A 33 year old West over, West Virginia, resident entered a plea of guilty in November, in United States District Court in Clarksburg before Judge Irene M. Keeley.

United States Attorney William J. Ihlenfeld, II, announced that: KEITH A. VALENTINE entered a plea of guilty to Failure to Register and Update Registration as a Sex Offender from April of 2011 to June 27, 2012. VALENTINE, who is in custody pending sentencing, faces up to 10 years imprisonment and a $250,000 fine.

The case was prosecuted by Assistant United States Attorney David J. Perri and investigated by the United States Marshals Service.
