Braxton County Resident Enters Plea to
Methamphetamine Charge
CLARKSBURG, WEST VIRGINIA - A 37 year old Shock, West Virginia, resident entered a plea of guilty on October 5, 2012, in United States District Court in Clarksburg before Magistrate Judge John S. Kaull.
United States Attorney William J. Ihlenfeld, II, announced that: DANIEL RAY KING entered a plea of guilty to Possession of Material used in the Manufacture of Methamphetamine on February 1, 2012, in Gilmer County, West Virginia. KING, who is on bond pending sentencing, faces a maximum exposure of 10 years imprisonment and a $250,000 fine.
The case was prosecuted by Assistant United States Attorney Stephen D. Warner and was investigated by the West Virginia State Police.
