BECKLEY MAN SENTENCED TO PRISON ON COCAINE DISTRIBUTION CHARGE
BECKLEY, W.Va. – Michael Henry, 41, of Beckley, was sentenced today to 6 months in prison by United States District Judge Irene C. Berger for distribution of cocaine. Henry previously pleaded guilty in January. The defendant admitted that on April 22, 2009, he sold 1.09 grams of cocaine to a confidential informant working under the direction of law enforcement authorities.
This case was investigated by the Beckley Police Department. Assistant United States Attorney Miller Bushong handled the prosecution.
