Cole Douglas Herrick, 27, of Casper, Wyoming, was sentenced by Chief Federal District Court Judge William F. Downes on January 20, 2011, for conspiracy to posses with intent to distribute, possession with intent to distribute, distributing 50 grams or more of methamphetamine and for carrying a firearm during and in relation to a drug trafficking crime. Herrick received 195 months of imprisonment, was ordered to pay a $500.00 fine and a $300.00 special assessment. Upon release from imprisonment Herrick will be placed on five years of supervised release. This case was investigated by the Wyoming Division of Criminal Investigation and the U.S. Drug Enforcement Administration.
Jeremy Lynn Trowbridge, 36, of Casper, Wyoming, was sentenced by Chief Federal District Court Judge William F. Downes on January 19, 2011, for use of a communication facility to facilitate a felony drug offence, conspiracy to possess with intent to distribute and to distributing 50 grams or more of methamphetamine. Trowbridge received 63 months of imprisonment to be followed by five years of supervised release. In addition, Trowbridge was ordered to pay a $200 special assessment and to forfeit $1,500.00. This case was investigated by the Wyoming Division of Criminal Investigation and the U.S. Drug Enforcement Administration.
Tabitha Neva Maston, 26, of Wheatland, Wyoming, was sentenced by Federal District Court Judge Alan B. Johnson on January 19, 2011, for conversion of monies from a government agency. Maston received three years probation and was ordered to pay restitution in the amount of $4,803.00. This case was investigated by the Social Security Administration.
Ronald Ennis, 66, of Casper, Wyoming, was sentenced by Chief Federal District Court Judge William F. Downes on January 14, 2011, for conspiracy to possess with intent to distribute, distributing 50 grams or more of methamphetamine and aiding and abetting. Ennis received 168 months of imprisonment, was ordered to pay a $200.00 special assessment and upon release from imprisonment will be placed on five years of supervised release. In addition, Ennis was ordered to forfeit $1,500.00. This case was investigated by the Wyoming Division of Criminal Investigation and the U.S. Drug Enforcement Administration.
David Burnett, 46, of Rock Springs, Wyoming, was sentenced by Federal District Court Judge Alan B. Johnson on January 14, 2011, for conspiracy to possess with intent to distribute and to distributing 50 grams or more of methamphetamine. Burnett received 84 months of imprisonment, was ordered to pay a $1,500.00 fine and a $100.00 special assessment. Upon release from imprisonment Burnett will be placed on five years of supervised release. This case was investigated by the Wyoming Division of Criminal Investigation and the U.S. Drug Enforcement Administration.
Michael Orr, 39, of Riverton, Wyoming, was sentenced by Chief Federal District Court Judge William F. Downes on January 14, 2011, for possession of a firearm in furtherance of a drug trafficking crime, conspiracy to possess with intent to distribute and to distributing 500 grams or more of a mixture or substance containing a detectable amount of methamphetamine. Orr received 183 months of imprisonment, was ordered to pay a $500.00 fine and a $200.00 special assessment and upon release from imprisonment will be placed on five years of supervised release. This case was investigated by the Wyoming Division of Criminal Investigation, the U.S. Drug Enforcement Administration and the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives.
Charles Warner, 46, of Casper, Wyoming, was sentenced by Chief Federal District Court Judge William F. Downes on January 14, 2011, for conspiracy to possess with intent to distribute and to distributing 50 grams or more of methamphetamine. Warner received 51 months of imprisonment, was ordered to pay a $100.00 special assessment and upon release from imprisonment will be placed on five years of supervised release. In addition, Warner was ordered to forfeit $1,500.00. This case was investigated by the Wyoming Division of Criminal Investigation and the U.S. Drug Enforcement Administration.
Vencil Leo Ash, III, 39, of Cheyenne, Wyoming, was sentenced by Federal District Court Judge Clarence A. Brimmer on January 13, 2011, for two counts of a felon in possession of a firearm and one count of a felon in possession of ammunition. Ash received 180 months of imprisonment, was ordered to pay a $300.00 special assessment and upon release from imprisonment will be placed on two years of supervised release. This case was investigated by the Cheyenne Police Department and the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives.
Craig R. Arbogast, 48, of Gillette, Wyoming, was sentenced by Chief Federal District Court Judge William F. Downes on January 13, 2011, for a felon in possession of a firearm. Arbogast received 41 months of imprisonment, was ordered to pay a $3,000.00 fine and a $100.00 special assessment. Upon release from imprisonment Arbogast will be placed on three years of supervised release. This case was investigated by the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives.
