Deloren Dennis Tillman, 36, of Fort Washakie, Wyoming, was sentenced by Chief Federal District Court Judge William F. Downes on February 3, 2011 for aggravated child sexual abuse. Tillman was sentenced to 300 months of imprisonment to run consecutively to the sentence he is currently serving for a gun assault charge. Tillman was ordered to pay a $3,000.00 fine and a $100.00 special assessment and upon release from imprisonment, Tillman will be placed on five years of supervised release.
Jose Torres-Reyes, 29, of Mexico, was sentenced by Federal District Court Judge Alan B. Johnson on February 3, 2011, for illegal re-entry of a previously deported alien into the United States. Torres-Reyes received time served plus ten days to be followed by one year of supervised release. In addition, Torres-Reyes was ordered to pay a $100.00 special assessment and is subject to deportation upon release from imprisonment. This case was investigated by the U.S. Department of Homeland Security, Immigration and Customs Enforcement.
Arturo Flores-Rivera, 25, of Mexico, was sentenced by Federal District Court Judge Alan B. Johnson on February 3, 2011, for illegal re-entry of a previously deported alien into the United States. Flores-Rivera received time served plus ten days to be followed by one year of supervised release. In addition, Flores-Rivera was ordered to pay a $100.00 special assessment and is subject to deportation upon release from imprisonment. This case was investigated by the U.S. Department of Homeland Security, Immigration and Customs Enforcement.
Janelle Christina Vigil, 22, of Laramie, Wyoming, was sentenced by Federal District Court Judge Alan B. Johnson on February 1, 2011, for conspiracy to possess with intent to distribute and distributing less than 25 grams of cocaine. Vigil received 12 months and one day of imprisonment to be followed by three years of supervised release. This case was investigated by the Wyoming Division of Criminal Investigation and the U.S. Drug Enforcement Administration.
Javier Martinez-Lopez, 40, of Mexico, was sentenced by Chief Federal District Court Judge William F. Downes on January 31, 2011, for illegal re-entry of a previously deported alien into the United States. Martinez-Lopez received fifteen months imprisonment to be followed by three years of supervised release. In addition, Martinez-Lopez was ordered to pay a $100.00 special assessment and is subject to deportation upon release from imprisonment. This case was investigated by the U.S. Department of Homeland Security, Immigration and Customs Enforcement.
Jose Pedroza-Hernandez, 20, of Mexico, was sentenced by Federal District Court Judge Alan B. Johnson on January 31, 2011, for illegal re-entry of a previously deported alien into the United States. Pedroza-Hernandez received time served plus ten days to be followed by one year of supervised release. In addition, Pedroza-Hernandez was ordered to pay a $100.00 special assessment and is subject to deportation upon release from imprisonment. Joseph Sauceda Jr., 56, of Laramie, Wyoming, was sentenced by Federal District Court Judge Alan B. Johnson on January 31, 2011, for conspiracy to possess with intent to distribute, distributing at least 300 grams of cocaine and aiding and abetting. Sauceda received 46 months of imprisonment to be followed by three years of supervised release. This case was investigated by the Wyoming Division of Criminal Investigation and the U.S. Drug Enforcement Administration.
Heriberto Villar-Rivas, 56, of Laramie, Wyoming, was sentenced by Federal District Court Judge Alan B. Johnson on January 31, 2011, for conspiracy to possess with intent to distribute, distributing at least 300 grams of cocaine and aiding and abetting. Villar-Rivas received 46 months of imprisonment to be followed by four years of supervised release. This case was investigated by the Wyoming Division of Criminal Investigation and the U.S. Drug Enforcement Administration.
