Jorge Saavedra-Delgado, 29, of Mexico, was sentenced by Chief Federal District Court Judge William F. Downes on April 14, 2011, for distribution of more than 50 grams of methamphetamine, aiding and abetting and illegal re-entry of a previously deported alien into the United States. Saavedra-Delgado received 84 months of imprisonment and was ordered to pay a $200.00 special assessment. Upon release from custody, Saavedra-Delgado will be placed on four years of supervised release and is subject to deportation. This case was investigated by the Wyoming Division of Criminal Investigation and the U.S. Department of Homeland Security, Immigration and Customs Enforcement.
Daniel Charles Schulz, 54, of Cheyenne, Wyoming, was sentenced by Federal District Court Judge Nancy D. Freudenthal on April 12, 2011, for distribution of fentanyl resulting in death. Schulz received 96 months of imprisonment, to be followed by three years of supervised release and was ordered to pay a $100.00 special assessment and restitution in the amount of $3,643.40. This case was investigated by the Wyoming Division of Criminal Investigation.
Thomas Woodrum, 35, of Yawkey, West Virginia, was sentenced by Federal District Court Judge Nancy D. Freudenthal on April 12, 2011, for burglary from a Drug Enforcement Administration Registrant and conspiracy to manufacture between 200 and 350 grams of methamphetamine. Woodrum received 51 months of imprisonment, to be followed by four years of supervised release and was ordered to pay restitution in the amount fo $7,216.21. This case was investigated by the Wyoming Division of Criminal Investigation and the U.S. Drug Enforcement Administration.
Eric Rayos-Benavides, 25, of Laramie, Wyoming, was sentenced by Federal District Court Judge Alan B. Johnson on April 12, 2011, for conspiracy to possess with intent to distribute and to distribute 500 grams or more of cocaine. Rayos-Benavides received 37 months of imprisonment, to be followed by four years of supervised release and was ordered to pay a $200.00 special assessment. This case was investigated by the Wyoming Division of Criminal Investigation and the U.S. Drug Enforcement Administration.
Kimberly M. Croy, 49, of Casper, Wyoming, was sentenced by Federal District Court Judge Nancy D. Freudenthal on April 12, 2011, for use of a communication facility to facilitate a felony drug offense, conspiracy to possess with intent to distribute and to distribute 500 grams or more of a mixture or substance containing a detectable amount of methamphetamine. Croy received 168 months of imprisonment, to be followed by five years of supervised release and was ordered to pay a $200.00 special assessment and a $4,800.00 fine. This case was investigated by the Wyoming Division of Criminal Investigation and the U.S. Drug Enforcement Administration.
Mark Robert McQueen, 46, of Wheatland, Wyoming, was sentenced by Federal District Court Judge Nancy D. Freudenthal on April 11, 2011, for conspiracy to manufacture methamphetamine, conspiracy to possess with intent to distribute and to distribute 1.5 to 5 kilograms of methamphetamine. McQueen received 168 months of imprisonment, to be followed by five years of supervised release and was ordered to pay a $200.00 special assessment and a $2,800.00 fine. This case was investigated by the Wyoming Division of Criminal Investigation and the U.S. Drug Enforcement Administration.
Stuart Harwood, 41, of Casper, Wyoming, was sentenced by Chief Federal District Court Judge William F. Downes on April 11, 2011, for a felon in possession of ammunition, conspiracy to possess with intent to distribute and to distribute 50 grams or more of a mixture or substance containing a detectable amount of methamphetamine. Harwood received 94 months of imprisonment, to be followed by five years of supervised release and was ordered to pay a $750.00 fine and to forfeit $750.00. This case was investigated by the Wyoming Division of Criminal Investigation and the U.S. Drug Enforcement Administration.
Clayton Daniel Cribbs, 30, of Casper, Wyoming, was sentenced by Chief Federal District Court Judge William F. Downes on April 11, 2011, for conspiracy to launder money, conspiracy to possess with intent to distribute and to distribute 50 grams or more of methamphetamine. Cribbs received 135 months of imprisonment, to be followed by five years of supervised release and was ordered to pay a $200.00 special assessment and to forfeit $1,500.00. This case was investigated by the Wyoming Division of Criminal Investigation and the U.S. Drug Enforcement Administration.
