Romiro Ruiz-Sarabia, 23, of Mexico, who was arrested in Campbell County, was sentenced by Chief Federal District Court Judge Nancy D. Freudenthal on September 2, 2011, for conspiracy to possess with intent to distribute and to distribute, distribution of at least 50 grams of a mixture or substance containing a detectable amount of methamphetamine and conspiracy to possession with intent to distribute and distribution of at least 500 grams of cocaine. Ruiz-Sarabia received 33 months of imprisonment, to be followed by four years of supervised release, was ordered to pay a $200.00 special assessment and is subject to deportation upon release from prison. This case was investigated by the Drug Enforcement Administration and the Wyoming Division of Criminal Investigation.

Henry Diaz, 29, of Pineland, Texas, who was arrested in Pineland, Texas, was sentenced by Chief Federal District Court Judge Nancy D. Freudenthal on September 2, 2011, for conspiracy to possess with intent to distribute and to distribute, distribution of 436.8 grams of methamphetamine (actual) and five pounds of a mixture or substance containing a detectable amount of methamphetamine. Diaz received 120 months of imprisonment, to be followed by five years of supervised release and was ordered to pay a $500.00 fine. This case was investigated by the Wyoming Division of Criminal Investigation.

Jay Eugene Dillon, 34, of Gillette, Wyoming, who was arrested in Campbell County, was sentenced by Federal District Court Alan B. Johnson on September 7, 2011, for conspiracy to possess with intent to distribute and to distribute, distribution of 57.5 grams of methamphetamine. Dillon received 72 months of imprisonment, to be followed by five years of supervised release. This case was investigated by the Wyoming Division of Criminal Investigation.
