Northern Arapaho Man Sentenced for Assault Resulting in Serious Bodily Injury.. United States Attorney Christopher A. Crofts announced that on September 26, 2011, Jeffery Neal Underwood, a twenty-five-year-old enrolled Northern Arapaho Tribal Member from the Wind River Indian Reservation, was sentenced by Chief Federal District Judge Nancy D. Freudenthal to a total of 24 months imprisonment and three years of supervised release for his role in committing the offense of assault resulting in serious bodily injury of a 46-day-old minor child, which occurred on March 8, 2011, on the Wind River Indian Reservation. In addition to the period of imprisonment and supervised release, Jeffrey Neal Underwood was ordered to pay $39,017.78 in restitution for the injuries sustained by the minor child.

Crofts announced that on September 26, 2011, Blaine Patrick Clutter, an 18-year-old non-Indian from Riverton, Wyoming, was sentenced by Chief Federal District Judge Nancy D. Freudenthal to a total of 84 months imprisonment and three years of supervised release for his role in committing the offense of using and carrying a firearm during and in relation to a crime of violence (Robbery), which occurred on April 8, 2011, on the Wind River Indian Reservation.

Freudenthal to a total of 84 months imprisonment and five years of supervised release for his role in committing the offense of using and carrying a firearm during and in relation to a crime of violence (Robbery), which occurred on April 8, 2011, on the Wind River Indian Reservation.
