Heidi Lee Fife, 47, of Evanston, Wyoming, was sentenced by Chief Federal District Court Judge Nancy D. Freudenthal on October 3, 2011, on one count of conspiracy to possess with intent to distribute, and to distribute methamphetamine; one count of distribution of more than 500 grams but less than five kilos of methamphetamine; and one count of unlawful user of a controlled substance in possession of a firearm. Fife was arrested in Evanston, Wyoming. She received 120 months of imprisonment, to be followed by five years of supervised release and was ordered to pay a $300.00 special assessment and a $500.00 fine. This case was investigated by the Wyoming Division of Criminal Investigation.
