Daniel Matthew Haywood, 23, of Canon City, Colorado, was sentenced by Chief Federal District Court Judge Nancy D. Freudenthal on October 20, 2011, for being an unlawful user of a controlled substance in possession of a firearm. Haywood was arrested in Cokeville, Wyoming. He received a three-year term of probation and was ordered to pay a $500.00 fine and a $100.00 special assessment. This case was investigated by the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives.

Zachary L. Krile, 25, of Fort Collins, Colorado, was sentenced by Chief Federal District Court Judge Nancy D. Freudenthal on October 20, 2011, for being an unlawful user of a controlled substance in possession of a firearm. Krile was arrested in Casper, Wyoming. He was sentenced to 37 months of imprisonment, to be followed by three years of supervised release and was ordered to pay a $500.00 fine and a $100.00 special assessment. This case was investigated by the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives.

Anthony Kelley, 20, of Cheyenne, Wyoming, was sentenced by Federal District Court Judge Alan B. Johnson on October 19, 2011, for being a felon in possession of firearms. Kelley was arrested in Cheyenne, Wyoming. He received 46 months of imprisonment, to be served consecutive to his state revocation term of imprisonment. Kelley was also ordered to serve three years of supervised release upon completion of his term of imprisonment. This case was investigated by the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives.

Gerardo Zapata-Reyes, 42, of Gillette, Wyoming, was sentenced by Chief Federal District Court Judge Nancy D. Freudenthal on October 18, 2011, for conspiracy to possess with intent to distribute, and to distribute methamphetamine; conspiracy to launder money; and carrying a firearm during and in relation to a drug trafficking crime. Zapata-Reyes was arrested in Cheyenne, Wyoming. He received 195 months of imprisonment, to be followed by five years of supervised release, was ordered to pay a $300.00 special assessment and is subject to deportation upon release from custody. This case was investigated by the Wyoming Division of Criminal Investigation and the U.S. Drug Enforcement Administration.

Antonio Saucedo-Castaneda, 35, of Gillette, Wyoming was sentenced by Chief Federal District Court Judge Nancy D. Freudenthal on October 17, 2011, for conspiracy to possess with intent to distribute, and to distribute methamphetamine. Saucedo-Castaneda was arrested in Cheyenne, Wyoming. He received 168 months of imprisonment, to be followed by five years of supervised release, was ordered to pay a $100.00 special assessment and is subject to deportation upon release from custody. This case was investigated by the Wyoming Division of Criminal Investigation and the U.S. Drug Enforcement Administration.

Jorge Barrios-Tinoco, aka Jorge Barnos-Tinco, 27, of Mexico, was sentenced by Federal District Court Judge Alan B. Johnson on October 14, 2011, for illegal re-entry of a previously deported alien into the United States. Barrios-Tinoco was arrested in Jackson, Wyoming. He received time served plus ten days, was ordered to pay a $100.00 special assessment and is subject to deportation upon release from custody. This case was investigated by the United States Department of Homeland Security, Immigration and Customs Enforcement.

Raul Mendez-Reyez, 27, of Mexico, was sentenced by Federal District Court Judge Alan B. Johnson on October 13, 2011, for illegal re-entry of a previously deported alien into the United States. Mendez-Reyez was arrested in Jackson, Wyoming. He received time served plus ten days, was ordered to pay a $100.00 special assessment and is subject to deportation upon release from custody. This case was investigated by the United States Department of Homeland Security, Immigration and Customs Enforcement.

Roy Guadalupe Medina-Gonzalez, 32, of Mexico, was sentenced by Federal District Court Judge Alan B. Johnson on October 13, 2011, for fraud and misuse of visas, permits, and other documents. Medina-Gonzalez was arrested in Gillette, Wyoming. He received time served plus ten days and is subject to immediate deportation. This case was investigated by the United States Department of Homeland Security, Immigration and Customs Enforcement.

Froilan Loera-Gonzalez, aka Cesar Ledesma, 27, of Mexico, was sentenced by Federal District Court Judge Alan B. Johnson on October 13, 2011, for fraud and misuse of visas, permits, and other documents. Loera-Gonzalez was arrested in Gillette, Wyoming. He received time served plus ten days and is subject to immediate deportation. This case was investigated by the United States Department of Homeland Security, Immigration and Customs Enforcement.

Daniel Corrigan Kearns, 51, of Casper, Wyoming, was sentenced by Federal District Court Judge Alan B. Johnson on October 13, 2011, for conspiracy to possess with intent to distribute, and to distribute at least 72 grams of methamphetamine. Kearns was arrested in Casper, Wyoming. He was sentenced to twelve months and one day of imprisonment, to be followed by three years of supervised release and was ordered to pay a $100.00 special assessment. This case was investigated by the U.S. Drug Enforcement Administration.
