CHEYENNE, WY - Raymundo Correa III, 34, of Clovis, California, was sentenced by Chief Federal District Court Judge Nancy D. Freudenthal on December 7, 2011, for conspiracy to launder money. Correa was arrested in Clovis, California. He received 60 months of imprisonment, to be followed by three years of supervised release and was ordered to pay a $100.00 special assessment. This case was investigated by the Wyoming Division of Criminal Investigation.

CHEYENNE, WY - Kimberly Perkins, 31, of Sheridan, Wyoming, was sentenced by Chief Federal District Court Judge Nancy D. Freudenthal on December 7, 2011, for conspiracy to possess with intent to distribute 1.5 to 5 kilograms of methamphetamine. Perkins was arrested in Sheridan, Wyoming. She received 70 months of imprisonment, to be followed by five years of supervised release and was ordered to pay a $100.00 special assessment and a $500.00 fine. This case was investigated by the Wyoming Division of Criminal Investigation

CHEYENNE, WY - Danny Hernandez, 31 of Clovis, California, was sentenced by Chief Federal District Court Judge Nancy D. Freudenthal on December 7, 2011, for conspiracy to possess with intent to distribute 56 to 200 grams of methamphetamine. Hernandez was arrested in Fresno, CA. He received 60 months of imprisonment, to be followed by four years of supervised release and was ordered to pay a $100.00 special assessment and a $500.00 fine. This case was investigated by the Wyoming Division of Criminal Investigation.

CHEYENNE, WY - Jose Mendoza-Radillo, 31, of Mexico, was sentenced by Chief Federal District Court Judge Nancy D. Freudenthal on December 6, 2011, for illegal re-entry of a previously deported alien into the United States. Mendoza-Radillo was arrested in Casper, Wyoming. He received time served plus ten days, was ordered to pay a $100.00 special assessment and is subject to deportation upon release from custody. This case was investigated by the United States Department of Homeland Security, Immigration and Customs Enforcement.

CHEYENNE, WY - Brenda Poteet, 45, of Cheyenne, Wyoming, was sentenced by Chief Federal District Court Judge Nancy D. Freudenthal on December 6, 2011, for use of interstate commerce facilities in the commission of murder-for-hire. Poteet was arrested in Cheyenne, Wyoming. She received 84 months of imprisonment, to be followed by three years of supervised release and was ordered to pay a $100.00 special assessment. This case was investigated by the Cheyenne Police Department and the Wyoming Division of Criminal Investigation.

CHEYENNE, WY - James Randall Dukes, 44, of Yulee, Florida, was sentenced by Chief Federal District Court Judge Nancy D. Freudenthal on December 6, 2011, on one count of conspiracy to possess with intent to distribute, and to distribute 50 grams or more of a mixture or substance containing a detectable amount of methamphetamine and one count of possession with intent to distribute methamphetamine and aiding and abetting. Dukes was arrested in Florida. He received 60 months of imprisonment, to be followed by four years of supervised release and was ordered to pay a $200.00 special assessment and a $300.00 fine. This case was investigated by the Wyoming Division of Criminal Investigation and the U.S. Drug Enforcement Administration.

CHEYENNE, WY - Timothy Deshawn Booker, 24, of Casper, Wyoming, was sentenced by Federal District Court Judge Alan B. Johnson on December 5, 2011, for possession of a stolen firearm. Booker was arrested in Casper, Wyoming. He received six months of imprisonment, to be followed by three years of supervised release and was ordered to pay a $100.00 special assessment. This case was investigated by the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives.
