CHEYENNE, WY - Delano Frank Falls Down, 31, of Ranchester, Wyoming, was sentenced by Chief Federal District Court Judge Nancy D. Freudenthal on December 12, 2011, for being a felon in possession of a firearm. Falls Down was arrested in Sheridan, Wyoming. He received three years of supervised probation, with the first 90 days to be served in home confinement and was ordered to pay a $100.00 special assessment and a $500.00 fine. This case was investigated by the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives.

CHEYENNE, WY - Craig Stinson, 52, of Mills, Wyoming, was sentenced by Chief Federal District Court Judge Nancy D. Freudenthal on December 12, 2011, for being a felon in possession of a firearm. Stinson was arrested in Casper, Wyoming. He received 120 months of imprisonment, to be followed by three years of supervised release and was ordered to pay a $100.00 special assessment and a $400.00 fine. This case was investigated by the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives.

CHEYENNE, WY - George Garcia, 41, of Visalia, California, was sentenced by Chief Federal District Court Judge Nancy D. Freudenthal on December 12, 2011, for conspiracy to possess with intent to distribute and to distribute 50 grams or more of a mixture or substance containing a detectable amount of methamphetamine. Garcia was arrested in Visalia, California. He received 60 months of imprisonment, to be followed by three years of supervised release and was ordered to pay a $100.00 special assessment and a $400.00 fine. This case was investigated by the Wyoming Division of Criminal Investigation.

CHEYENNE, WY - Greg Bingham, 24, of Cheyenne, Wyoming, was sentenced by Chief Federal District Court Judge Nancy D. Freudenthal on December 9, 2011, for manufacturing a firearm not registered in the National Firearms Registration and Transfer Record. Bingham was arrested in Cheyenne, Wyoming. He received 18 months probation and was ordered to pay a $100.00 special assessment. This case was investigated by the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives.
