CHEYENNE, WY - Dawn Hoffman-Guille, 40, of Cheyenne, Wyoming, was sentenced by Federal District Court Judge Alan B. Johnson on December 22, 2011, for conversion of money from a government agency. Hoffman-Guille was arrested in Cheyenne, Wyoming and received two years supervised probation, was ordered to pay a $25.00 special assessment and restitution in the amount of $6,525.11. This case was investigated by the Office of Inspector General.
CHEYENNE, WY - Alejandro Garcia-Perez, 31, and Placido Sandoval-Lopez, 53 of Mexico, were sentenced by Federal District Court Judge Alan B. Johnson on December 21, 2011, for illegal re-entry of a previously deported alien into the United States. Both defendants were arrested in Jackson, Wyoming and each received time served, were ordered to pay a $100.00 special assessment and are subject to deportation upon release from custody. These cases was investigated by the U.S. Department of Homeland Security, Immigration and Customs Enforcement.
CHEYENNE, WY - Jose Guarda-Sandoval, 39, of Mexico, was sentenced by Chief Federal District Court Judge Nancy D. Freudenthal on December 20, 2011, for illegal re-entry of a previously deported alien into the United States. Guarda-Sandoval was arrested in Cheyenne, Wyoming. He received time served plus ten days, was ordered to pay a $100.00 special assessment and is subject to deportation upon release from custody.
