CHEYENNE, WY - Stephanie Caperon, 23, of Douglas, Arizona, was sentenced by Federal District Court Judge Alan B. Johnson on December 29, 2011, for conspiracy to possess with intent to distribute and to distribute, 1.5 to 5 kilograms of methamphetamine. Caperon was arrested in Arizona. She received 60 months of imprisonment, to be followed by five years of supervised release and was ordered to pay a $100.00 special assessment and a $500.00 fine. This case was investigated by the U.S. Drug Enforcement Administration.
