CHEYENNE, WY - James Richburg, 57, of Long Beach, California, was sentenced by Chief Federal District Court Judge Nancy D. Freudenthal on January 31, 2012, for possession with intent to distribute 60-80 kilograms of marijuana. Richburg was arrested in Cheyenne, Wyoming. He received 24 months probation, with the first eight months on home confinement. This case was investigated by the Wyoming Division of Criminal Investigation.
CHEYENNE, WY - Darwin Haar, 45, of Glenrock, Wyoming, was sentenced by Chief Federal District Court Judge Nancy D. Freudenthal on January 27, 2012, for distribution of 35-50 grams of methamphetamine. Haar was arrested in Glenrock. He received 75 months of imprisonment, to be followed by four years of supervised release and a $100.00 assessment.
