Alex Garcia, Jr., aka “Hondo”, 28, of Fresno, California, was sentenced by Chief Federal District Court Judge Nancy D. Freudenthal on February 6, 2012, for conspiracy to launder money. He received 188 months of imprisonment, to be followed by five years of supervised release, and was ordered to pay a $200.00 assessment and a $1,000.00 fine. Conall Roy Kerswill, 43, of Jackson, Wyoming, was sentenced by Chief Federal District Court Judge Nancy D. Freudenthal on February 2, 2012, for being a felon in possession of a firearm. He was arrested in Jackson and received five months of imprisonment, to be followed by three years of supervised release, with the first five months on home confinement. In addition, Kerswill was ordered to pay a $100.00 special assessment and a $200.00 fine. This case was investigated by the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives.
