Kevin Montgomery, 32, of Denver, Colorado, was sentenced by Chief Federal District Court Judge Nancy D. Freudenthal on March 21, 2012, for being a felon in possession of a firearm. He received 210 months of imprisonment, to be followed by five years of supervised release and was ordered to pay a $100.00 special assessment and a $900.00 fine. Darrell Olson, 49, of Casper, Wyoming, was sentenced by Chief Federal District Court Judge Nancy D. Freudenthal on March 16, 2012, on one count of conspiracy to possess with intent to distribute, and to distribute at least 500 grams but less than 1.5 kilograms of methamphetamine and one count of attempt to possess with intent to distribute methamphetamine and aiding and abetting. Olson was arrested in Casper. He received 240 months of imprisonment, to be followed by five years of supervised release and was ordered to pay a $200.00 special assessment and an $800.00 fine. This case was investigated by the Wyoming Division of Criminal.
