Eric Behrens, 41, of Gillette, Wyoming, was sentenced by Chief Federal District Court Judge Nancy D. Freudenthal on May 31, 2012, for conspiracy to possess with intent to distribute and to distribute 50 grams or more of actual methamphetamine and for possession with intent to distribute methamphetamine. Behrens was arrested in Minnesota. He received 240 months of imprisonment, to be followed by ten years of supervised release and was ordered to pay a $200.00 special assessment and a $800.00 fine. Negrete was arrested in Casper, Wyoming. He received 360 months of imprisonment, to be followed by ten years of supervised release and was ordered to pay a $1,100.00 special assessment and a $5000.00 fine.
