Brandon Marshall Clevenger, 28, of Cheyenne, Wyoming, was sentenced by Chief Federal District Court Judge Nancy D. Freudenthal on July 16, 2012 on one count of possession with intent to distribute 7.3 grams of methamphetamine and one count of possession of a firearm in furtherance of a drug trafficking crime. Clevenger was arrested in Cheyenne, Wyoming. He received 15 months of imprisonment on the first count, to be followed by a consecutive 60-month term for the second count. In addition, Clevenger will serve a three-year term of supervised release per count to be served concurrently and was ordered to pay a $200.00 special assessment and a $400.00 fine. This case was investigated by the Wyoming Division of Criminal Investigation and the U.S. Drug Enforcement Administration.
