Billie Jo Stanley, 43, of Cheyenne, Wyoming, was sentenced by Chief Federal District Court Judge Nancy D. Freudenthal on October 12, 2012, for fraud using access devices. Stanley appeared pursuant to a summons. She received three years probation, was ordered to pay a $100.00 special assessment and restitution in the amount of $17,700.00. This case was investigated by the U.S. Secret Service.
