Charles P. Triplett, Jr., 39, of Casper, Wyoming, was sentenced by Chief Federal District Court Judge Nancy D. Freudenthal on November 26, 2012, for making a false statement. Triplett was arrested in Casper. He received 15 months of imprisonment, to be followed by two years of supervised release, and was ordered to pay a $100.00 special assessment and a $100.00 fine. This case was investigated by the United States Marshals Service.
