UPDATE regarding criminal cocaine case against Travis Henry and James Mack:
Travis Henry and James Mack appeared in U.S. District Court in Denver this afternoon before U.S. Magistrate Judge Kristen L. Mix. The United States Attorney’s Office, District of Colorado, dismissed the Criminal Complaint as to both defendants because they have been charged by Indictment in the District of Montana. During today’s hearing, Henry and Mack were advised of the new charges pending against them in Montana. They waived their right to an identity and removal hearing. Magistrate Judge Mix ordered that Henry could be released on a $400,000 fully secured bond. Mack was ordered released on a $10,000 unsecured bond. If and when the defendants bond out, both Henry and Mack were ordered to submit to electronic monitoring as well as home detention. A status hearing will be held this Wednesday at 10:30 am, also before Magistrate Judge Mix.
