ORDER TERMINATING FINAL JUDGMENT

This matter comes before the Court on the motion of Plaintiff the United States of America and Defendant AT&T Corporation (the successor in interest to Tele-Commmunications, Inc.) and Liberty Media Corporation to terminate the Final Judgment entered in this case on August 23, 1999. Notice of the proposed termination of the Final Judgment has been published in the Federal Register, the Wall Street Journal, and the Wireless Week. All interested parties have been given an opportunity to submit comments concerning the proposed termination.

Having considered all papers and comments filed in connection with this motion and the record in this case, the Court finds that it is in the public interest to terminate the Final Judgment, and it is hereby

ORDERED, ADJUDGED AND DECREED:

That the Final Judgment entered on August 23, 1999 in this case is terminated.
