• Plaintiffs is in the top left of the diagram. Board ACC is in the top right. Below Plaintiffs is OLC-Compliance Officer. Below Board ACC is Other Management Reviews. Between the two rows of boxes is a horizontal line. From this line extend four vertical lines with single arrows: one pointing up to Plaintiffs, one pointing up to Board ACC, one pointing down to OLC-Compliance Officer, and one pointing down to Other Management Reviews.
