UNITED STATES' MOTION FOR A
SCHEDULING AND CASE MANAGEMENT ORDER


Plaintiff, the United States of America, pursuant to Rule 16 of the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure, respectfully moves the Court for entry of a scheduling and case management order to govern proceedings in this matter. This Motion is supported by a concurrently filed Memorandum in Support of Plaintiff United States' Motion for a Scheduling and Case Management Order. Attached to this Motion is the United States' proposed Preliminary Injunction Hearing Scheduling and Case Management Order.
