| This chart shows the market concentration based on spectrum (MHz) by plotting the increase in the HHI resulting from the merger against the post-merger spectrum holdings of Cingular. The post-merger spectrum holdings that range from approximately 18 MHz to approximately 58 MHz depict a gradual increase in the HHI from approximately 50 to 500. The post-merger spectrum holdings that range from 60 MHz to approximately 90 MHz depict a gradual increase in the HHI from approximately 500 to 1050. The post-merger spectrum holding of 100 MHz have an HHI increase to 1550, while the post-merger spectrum holding of approximately 130 MHz has an HHI increase to 2250. |
