Plaintiff and defendants hereby stipulate and agree to extend the time period for briefing of Defendants' Motion To Compel Discovery From Plaintiff, filed November 15, 1999 as follows:

Plaintiff's Opposition shall be due December 14, 1999.

Defendants' Reply shall be due December 21, 1999.

This extension is intended to allow the parties an opportunity to meet and confer on the subject of the motion in an effort to resolve the dispute. A proposed order accompanies this motion.
