In an effort to increase accessibility to its services and resources, OSC has signed and/or reinvigorated memoranda of understanding with numerous federal, state and municipal fair employment practice agencies. Through these agencies, individuals can now obtain information about OSC and file charges of immigration related employment discrimination. These agreements further permit OSC and its partner agencies to refer timely-filed charges of discrimination to each other.
For questions about whether a matter can be referred to OSC, please review the Referral Checklist or contact the OSC Referral Duty Attorney by calling our office or sending an email to OSCReferral@usdoj.gov. Agencies that wish to refer a charge to OSC should review these instructions on the information and documents that must be transmitted to OSC.
