The CMS also contains information on the time spent by Division staff on matters and cases.

    Purpose:

The purpose of this system is to maintain identifying information about all actual or potential cases and related matters under the jurisdiction or consideration of the ENRD. The automated case tracking and timekeeping function of this system are maintained to monitor, manage, and evaluate the Division's litigation and related activities.
