The Board of Immigration Appeals is also performing identity verification. The BIA Clerk's Office is open weekdays from 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., excluding Federal holidays, to receive filings and to perform identity verification of registrants who have already completed the online registration and received an e-mail notification that their account request has been submitted to EOIR for processing. This e-mail instructs the registrant to bring a form of identification to the Board of Immigration Appeals or an immigration court to complete the registration process and activate their account. Those registrants who wish to complete the second step of the registration process (identity verification) at the BIA are encouraged to schedule their arrival at the Clerk's Office between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 12:00 p.m., when wait times should be shorter. The address for the Clerk's Office is:

5107 Leesburg Pike, Suite 2000
Falls Church, VA 20530

Please note that visitors to the building are required to check in at the Security Desk on the first floor.
