1/ The amount is subject to negotiation between the Attorney General and Secretary for Health and Human Services. 
2/ Number includes total appropriation, including $4 million transfer from DHS Immigration Examinations Fee.
3/ The National Security Division was established by Section 506(b)(1), P.L. 109-177, and received appropriations in FY 2007 - 2012.  However, there have not been any authorizations of appropriations for the National Security Division.
4/ In FY 2011 this program was appropriated under COPS and administered by OJP; however, it was appropriated under OJP in FY 2012 and requested under OJP in FY 2013.
5/ In FY 2011 this program was appropriated under COPS and administered by OJP; however, it was appropriated under OJP in FY 2012 and requested under OJP in FY 2013.
6/ In FY 2011 this program was appropriated to OJP.  In FY 2012 this program was appropriated to OVW and requested under OVW in FY 2013.
7/ OJP is aware of no statutes that specifically authorize appropriations for this new program proposed for inclusion in the FY 2013 President's budget. If appropriations are enacted for this program, the appropriations will operate as both authorization and appropriation.  
8/ All references to the Department of Justice Appropriations Act, 2012 apply for FY2012 only.  Subsequent Acts appropriating funds for the Department of Justice may provide continued or additional authorizations.  
9/ In FY 2013 a total of $1,070 million is requested in the Crime Victims Fund of which $365 million is for the following programs:  $10.5 million for Victims of Trafficking grants, $100 million for DNA Initiative, $23 million for Children Exposed to Violence, $20 million for Adam Walsh implementation, $67 million for the Missing Children's Program (including $22 million for Internet Crimes Against Children), and $144.5 million for Violence Against Women STOP Formula Grants.  (An additional $44.5 million is requested for STOP under the Violence Against Women account, so the total FY 2013 request for STOP is $189 million). 
10/ The Consolidated Youth Oriented Program includes the following programs:  Engaging Men and Youth in Prevention, Grants to Assist Children and Youth Exposed to Violence, Supporting Teens Through Education Program, and Services to Advocate and Respond to Youth.
