FOIA Requester Roundtable
Referrals, Consultations and Coordination

On December 13, 2011, the Office of Information Policy (OIP) will host a roundtable discussion with the Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) requester community. This event will serve as an opportunity for FOIA requesters and OIP's FOIA professionals to discuss the newly issued guidance setting forth the procedures to be followed by agencies when processing records that originated outside their agencies, or that contain the equities of another agency or entity.

Time:      1:00 – 2:00 p.m.

Registration is required to attend the Requester Roundtable.  If you are interesting in attending, please e-mail your name and phone number to OIP’s Training Officer, Bertina Adams Cleveland at DOJ.OIP.FOIA@usdoj.gov.  Seating is limited and available on a first-come, first-served basis.  Please note, you must also present picture identification to enter the building.  If you have any questions regarding this event, please contact Ms. Adams at (202) 514-1010.
