The Department of Justice is committed to ensuring that victims of crime are an integral part of the criminal justice process. If you are a victim in a case the Antitrust Division is prosecuting and have questions or would like to discuss the case, you should contact the attorney prosecuting that matter or the prosecuting office or section. Information about the Antitrust Division’s criminal enforcement program is available at Criminal Enforcement page.

Where the number of crime victims makes individual contact with victims impracticable, we provide victims with information on the Information for Victims of Large Cases page.
