On May 11, 2015, Deborah Genato was sentenced, in a 5K1.1 downward departure, to 90 days of home detention, followed by 3 years of supervised release, and was ordered to pay, jointly and severally with her co-conspirators, $30,000 in restitution. Genato pleaded guilty in September 2011 to one count of conspiracy to commit mail and wire fraud charged in a September 2011 information. Genato served as a corrupt property manager for the conspiracy and testified against attorney defendant Keith Gregory at trial.

Defendant pleaded guilty on September 23, 2011.
