The Orlando Immigration Court falls under the jurisdiction of the Office of the Chief Immigration Judge which is a component of the Executive Office for Immigration Review under the Department of Justice.
Our court has made a commitment to provide access to information through the Internet in order to service the needs of the public.

Anyone wishing to review Record of Proceedings (ROPs) may do so between the hours of 9:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. and 1:00 p.m. to 3:30 p.m. No more than three ROPs may be reviewed during the day, advance notice to the court is expected.

Following are directions to the Immigration Court - Orlando, Florida. For your convenience, we have also provided a link to a free mapping service.
From Tampa:
Take I-4 East to the Beeline Highway (Tollway), also known as Highway 528. Continue East on the Beeline to Semoran Boulevard (this is also the exit for the Orlando International Airport). Head north on Semoran Boulevard approximately two miles to the Hoffner Center - the court is located in the northeast section of the Hoffner Center, facing east.
From Miami:
Take I-95 North to 528 West (also known as the Beeline) exiting at Semoran Boulevard Head north on Semoran Boulevard approximately two miles to the Hoffner Center - the court is located in the northeast section of the Hoffner Center, facing east.
Security
The Immigration Court Security is provided, not only by security staff personnel, but also with a myriad of cameras and alarms. All bags, purses, packages, briefcases, etc. will be subject to search. Please arrive a minimum of fifteen (15) minutes prior to hearing(s) to process through security. There is NO SMOKING in the facility. NO cellular phones, pagers or other media devices are authorized/utilized in court controlled space.

| Courtroom Etiquette |
Respondents and visitors appearing before the court must present a photo identification (drivers license is acceptable) if requested by security.
At NO time are any electronic recording devices permitted in Immigration Court space. Courtroom etiquette must be observed. Proper business attire must be worn at all times. No hats or caps will be allowed. Food, drinks, chewing gum or other consumables will not be allowed in court.
