- Report incidents of identity theft to the FTC at consumer.ftc.gov or call the FTC Identity Theft hotline at 877-438-4338 or TTY 866-653-4261. Be sure to call the Hotline to update your complaint if you have any additional information or problems.
- Contact the fraud departments of the three major credit bureaus:

Experian – www.experian.com 1-888-397-3742
TransUnion – www.transunion.com 1-800-680-7289 - Close any accounts that have been tampered with or opened fraudulently.

The examining authority is DIRECTED to notify the USMS for the Middle District of Alabama at the conclusion of the examination, and the Marshal shall promptly return the defendant to the Middle District of Alabama for further proceedings.
