Law Student Programs

The United States Attorneys' offices and the Executive Office for United States Attorneys offer many exciting and rewarding opportunities for students.

Summer Law Intern Program - The Summer Law Intern Program is the United States Attorneys’ offices competitive recruitment program for compensated summer internships. Offices have the option to participate in the program every year and applications are accepted online during a scheduled timeframe. Other Student Programs

Students are defined as individuals enrolled or accepted for enrollment in an accredited high school, technical or vocational school; two-year or four-year college or university; graduate or professional school; or individuals who are taking at least a half-time academic, vocational, or technical course load leading to a degree, diploma, or certificate. More information on student programs in the federal government can be found on the Office of Personnel Management’s USAJOBS site.
