The Criminal Division
Stephen Kunz, Chief
The Criminal Division has representatives in each of our four offices: Tallahassee, Pensacola, Gainesville, and Panama City. Criminal AUSAs handle criminal cases in a broad range of matters, and we have coordinators for OCDETF, Project Safe Childhood, Project Safe Neighborhood, and other areas targeting criminal priorities.
The Civil Division
Pamela Moine, Chief
The Civil Division has representatives in our Tallahassee and Pensacola offices who handle a wide range of civil affirmative and defensive matters for the entire District. Within the Civil Division, we also have an Asset Forfeiture and Financial Litigation Unit.
The Appellate Division
Robert Davies, Chief
The Appellate Division is responsible for the supervision and coordination of all criminal appellate litigation in which the US Attorney’s Office for the Northern District of Florida represents the federal government.
The Administrative Division
Gayle Kinsley, Administrative Officer
The Administrative Division of the United States Attorney’s Office for the Northern District of Florida provides a broad variety support to the litigation mission of the United States Attorney.
