The U.S. Attorney’s Office for the Northern District of Iowa is asking people who were sickened by eggs produced by Quality Egg, LLC between about the beginning of 2010 and August 2010 to contact their office.
Anyone who was sickened during this time period from eggs distributed by Quality Egg, LLC, and anyone else who was victimized by these crimes, has the right to submit a Victim Impact Statement (or letter) during the sentencing phase to explain how the crime(s) affected you. Victim Impact includes physical, emotional and/or financial loss. We are asking that you complete this statement as it relates to these defendants and mail it to: Shari Konarske, Victim-Witness Coordinator, U.S. Attorney’s Office, Northern District of Iowa, 111 7th Ave SE, Box 1, Cedar Rapids, IA 52401 or at firstname.lastname@example.org.
