Administrative Division

The Administrative division provides policy and procedural direction and central services support in all areas of Management and Administration, including Human Resource Management, Budget and Finance, Information Technology, Facilities Management, Records Management, Procurement and Property Management. 
 
These programs are managed by the Administrative Division staff to ensure continued resource availability to support the legal activities of the United States Attorney and the United States Department of Justice. In addition, the Administrative Division follows internal control practices that ensure proper use and reporting of taxpayer funded assets. At the direction of the United States Attorney, the Administrative Division manages an operating budget plan of approximately $8 million. 
 
Employment opportunities include varied legal and administrative jobs. In direct support of the United States Attorney, an Administrative Officer, an Administrative Services Specialist, a Budget Officer, a Human Resources Officer, and Information Technology Specialists focusing on litigation support and computer network management comprise the Western District's Administrative Division.
