06/20 Michel B. Yoder, of Oregon, sentenced to 40 months in federal prison, 3 years of supervised release, and a $100 special assessment for conspiracy to distribute 5 kilograms or more of a substance containing cocaine.

06/19 Todd Meyers was sentenced to eleven years imprisonment following his conviction for Possession with Intent to Distribute Methamphetamine, Use of a Firearm in Relation to a Drug Trafficking Crime, and Criminal Forfeiture.
06/19 Robert Armell, 68, of Winnebago, Nebraska, was sentenced on two counts of abusive sexual contact with a child under 12 years of age.
06/19 Rolando Pedro-Juan sentenced to 24 months imprisonment following his conviction for aggravated identity theft.
06/16 Homer T. Cave, 32, of Omaha, was sentenced for the crime of receiving child pornography.
06/16 Michael Govig, 45, formerly of LaVista, was sentenced for the unlawful receipt of child pornography.
06/10 Anthony Wagner was sentenced to prison for 12 months and 1 day after pleading guilty in federal district court to accepting money from prison inmates in order to smuggle tobacco and marijuana into the Tecumseh State Correctional Facility between March, 2005 and May, 2006.
06/06 Benjamin Manley was sentenced today to 15 years in prison following his conviction for assaulting a federal law enforcement officer and for being a felon in possession of a firearm.

05/29 A Lincoln man was sentenced to 11 years and three months (135 months) in prison for conspiracy to distribute methamphetamine in the Lincoln area.
05/28 Robert John Ironbear was sentenced to 14 years for conspiring to distribute methamphetamine in Eastern Nebraska.

05/22 Jose Ramirez-Dominguez sentenced to 57 months in prison for conspiracy to distribute and possess with intent to distribute 50 grams or more of a substance containing methamphetamine.
05/21 A Lincoln man was sentenced to ten years and one month, (121 months), in prison for conspiracy to distribute methamphetamine in the Lincoln area.
05/20 Jeffrey Ray Peer was sentenced to seven years (84 months) of imprisonment for his spree of criminal conduct which included fraud and identity theft throughout 2006.
05/20 Patricia Lou Rock sentenced to 76 months in prison for conspiracy to distribute 50 grams or more of methamphetamine.
05/19 Paul R. Payton sentenced to 12 months of home curfew (similar to home detention or home confinement). The sentencing followed his guilty plea to a felony violation of federal game laws - more specifically that he assisted in providing guiding services which resulted in the unlawful killing of two turkeys.
05/16 A Lincoln man was sentenced to 11 years and two months, (134 months), in prison for conspiracy to distribute crack cocaine, powder cocaine, and marijuana.
05/12 Edward J. O’Neill sentenced today to 11 years, 8 months in federal prison following his convictions for conspiracy to distribute and possess with intent to distribute over 500 grams of methamphetamine and possessing an unregistered pipe bomb.
05/09 Janice Grant, 31, of Macy, Nebraska, was sentenced today following her conviction for Second Degree Murder.
05/02 A Grand Island man was sentenced to 14 years in prison for conspiracy to distribute and possess with the intent to distribute methamphetamine between June of 2006 and mid-October of 2007.
05/02 Talon J. Lee, of Omaha, Nebraska, was sentenced to 70 months imprisonment for committing the crime of possession of a short shotgun.
05/01 A former Grand Island resident was sentenced to 97 months in prison for conspiracy to distribute methamphetamine between January of 2004 and April of 2007.
05/01 Anthony Michael Larkin was sentenced to seventeen years and six months in prison for conspiring to distribute methamphetamine in Eastern Nebraska.

April 2008

04/30 Dale Weichel sentenced to the custody of the Bureau of Prisons for a term of 57 months in prison. Weichel was convicted of manufacturing methamphetamine.
04/30 Howard Isadore was sentenced to 10 years and one month in federal prison for conspiring to distribute 50 grams or more of crack cocaine.
04/29 Raybel Granillo sentenced to 10 years of imprisonment after earlier pleading guilty to conspiracy to distribute methamphetamine.
04/28 Dale Norman Blackfish, Sr. sentenced for his conviction of sexual abuse of a minor.

04/21 James Hart, age 48 of Lincoln, was sentenced to 120 months in prison, (ten years), following his conviction for receiving child pornography.
04/16 A Lincoln man was sentenced to 12 months and one day in prison for possession of 100 or more marijuana plants on October 10, 2007.
04/15 Herbst Construction, Inc., an Iowa corporation engaged in bridge construction, entered a plea of guilty to a misdemeanor Information charging a violation of the Refuse Act.
04/14 Adonis Williams, 29, was sentenced for being a drug user in possession of a firearm.
04/10 For having been a Felon in Possession of a Firearm on October 10, 2007, Joseph Germain Keyes was sentenced to serve 30 months in prison.
04/08 A Lincoln man was sentenced to 12 years and 7 months in prison for conspiracy to distribute methamphetamine, cocaine, and marijuana over approximately an 18-month time period.
04/08 Prisco Lopez-Diaz sentenced to 27 months imprisonment after earlier being found guilty by a jury of possession with intent to distribute cocaine.
04/04 Miguel Ontiveros-Murrillo, a/k/a Luis Alberto Erenas-Luna sentenced to twenty years imprisonment for his conviction on a charge of conspiracy to distribute and possess with the intent to distribute methamphetamine.
04/03 Aaron Kearney was sentenced to a 24 month term of imprisonment following his conviction for possession of child pornography.

March 2008

03/31 Terry G. Hammond sentenced today to 21 years and 10 months imprisonment for conspiracy to distribute and possession with intent to distribute over 500 grams of methamphetamine following an earlier guilty plea to the charges.
03/31 Jason Dillon sentenced to 70 months imprisonment following his conviction for possession with intent to distribute methamphetamine.
03/28 A Lincoln man was sentenced to 10 years and 10 months, (130 months total), in prison for conspiring to distribute methamphetamine in Lincoln over a nearly two-year time period.
03/28 Jermaine Hickman and Deandre Bradley were sentenced to imprisonment of 114 months and 117 months respectively following their convictions for armed credit union robbery.
03/27 Lesavior Jordan sentenced to 84 months in prison, 3 years of supervised release, and a $100 special assessment for being a felon in possession of a firearm.
03/27 Deshawn Fletcher was sentenced to a total of 10 years and 10 months in prison following guilty pleas to charges that Fletcher possessed five grams or more of crack cocaine with the intent to distribute it and that he used a firearm during the commission of that offense.
03/26 An indictment was unsealed charging Karen McDaniel, age 53 of Omaha, with six counts of making, uttering and possessing forged securities of an organization and ten counts of money laundering.

03/25 Duc Tuyen Vu sentenced to 72 months in prison, 5 years of supervised release, and a $100 special assessment for conspiracy to distribute 50 grams or more of methamphetamine.
03/25 Demetrius Stephens was sentenced to two years and three months in prison for possession of crack cocaine with the intent to distribute and for being a felon in possession of a firearm.
03/25 An Omaha man was sentenced to 12 years and seven months in prison for conspiracy to distribute methamphetamine in Nebraska over an approximately two-and-one-quarter-years time period.
03/24 Jack McClanahan sentenced to three years probation for his convictions of: (a) interstate transportation of wildlife which was sold in violation of Nebraska law; (b) preparation of adulterated meat products; and (c) improper preparation of custom pork products.
03/20 Scott Hobson was sentenced to a 30 month term of imprisonment following Hobson’s conviction for defrauding the Exchange Bank, Gibbon, Nebraska.

02/12 Alba Lima-Rivera sentenced to 12 months and 1 day imprisonment following her conviction for fraudulent use of a social security number.
02/12 Charles Parker sentenced to 63 months imprisonment for his conviction of voluntary manslaughter.
02/11 Charles Theiler was sentenced to 5 years imprisonment following his conviction for Bank Fraud.
02/11 Sean M. Brannen, 37, of Omaha was sentenced to a 7-year term of imprisonment to be followed by a lifetime term of supervised release for receiving child pornography.
02/04 Nathaniel Cyprian sentenced to 71 months imprisonment. Mr. Cyprian had earlier pled guilty to conspiracy to distribute crack cocaine.
02/01 An indictment was unsealed charging a Lincoln man with conspiracy to distribute crack cocaine, methamphetamine and powder cocaine in the Lincoln area between September of 2006 and May of 2007.
02/01 Gabriel E. Franco Pando sentenced to 12 years and seven months in prison for conspiring to distribute methamphetamine in the Lincoln area.

January 2008

01/31 Shon Randy Westfall sentenced to six and a half years imprisonment for his conviction on a charge of conspiracy to distribute methamphetamine.
01/30 German Lopez sentenced to 70 months imprisonment. Mr. Lopez had earlier pled guilty to conspiracy to distribute more than 500 grams of cocaine.
01/30 Marteris Gray was sentenced to ten years in prison for conspiracy to distribute crack cocaine in the Lincoln area over approximately a four-year period. He was held responsible for the distribution of at least 50 grams but less than 150 grams.
01/29 Juan Antonio Zuniga-Rodriguez sentenced to a one year and one day term of imprisonment following his conviction for using the social security number of another person to obtain a thing of value.
01/28 Three individuals sentenced that had been earlier convicted following a jury trial. Those individuals were Dale Giles, Charmar Brown and Evereada Kouris.
01/24 Dale Kokes sentenced to 21 years and 10 months imprisonment for his conviction on for conspiracy to distribute and possess with the intent to distribute 500 grams or more of methamphetamine.

01/23 Javier Velasquez Cardenas sentenced to four years and three months imprisonment for distributing and possessing with the intent to distribute “ice”, a highly pure form of methamphetamine.
01/22 An indictment was unsealed charging four Lincoln residents, three of whom are family members, with conspiracy to distribute methamphetamine in the Lincoln area.
01/22 Anthony Evans was sentenced to 5 years imprisonment following his conviction for Conspiracy to Distribute and Possession with Intent to Distribute Phencyclidine.

01/17 For having been in Possession of a Firearm While Illegally in the United States, Jorge Espinoza-Salinas was sentenced to serve 14 months in prison.
01/14 Jose G. Valdivia sentenced to six and-a-half years imprisonment for possession with intent to distribute methamphetamine to be followed by an additional 5 years imprisonment for possessing a firearm during the drug offense.
01/14 John T. Ronan, Jr. sentenced to 60 months imprisonment after earlier have pled guilty to possession with intent to distribute methamphetamine.
01/14 For having applied for and received Social Security benefits to which she was not entitled, and for having applied for and received and spent Social Security benefits that should have gone to her two daughters in the same time period, Kathleen Peters was sentenced to serve 6 months in prison.
01/14 Judge Laurie Smith Camp sentenced Jerry Adams to 46 months imprisonment after he had earlier pled guilty to conspiracy to distribute oxycodone tablets.

11/28 A former Lincoln resident was sentenced to five years (60 months) in prison for his role in a conspiracy to distribute more than 200 pounds of marijuana in the Lincoln area over a fourteen-month time period.

11/27 Tony Hessler sentenced to a 33 month term of imprisonment following Hessler’s conviction for possession of a machine gun.
11/27 Jean Long-Wirth, of Omaha, Nebraska was sentenced to 12 months imprisonment for conspiracy to pass counterfeit checks in the amount of approximately $66,000.00.

10/23 For having embezzled labor funds between September 2001 and November 2006, Thomas E. Saltzman was sentenced to serve 5 months in the custody of the Bureau of Prisons.
10/23 Abraham Gomez-Rodriguez sentenced to eighteen months imprisonment for his conviction of reentry by an aggravated felon into the United States.
