ABSTRACT The Learning Management System allows employees of the Office of Legal Education to track participant attendance at courses (including formal videotape showings) conducted by the Office of Legal Education. Information contained in the system includes the student's name, title, district, address, phone numbers, course name, course dates, and course location.

PURPOSE The system helps manage the training programs of OLE. The system maintains information on the content and attendees of OLE courses and tracks continuing legal education credits (CLEs), etc.

ACCESS CONSTRAINTS The information contained in this system is accessible only by employees of the Office of Legal Education. Authorized users are assigned passwords.

AGENCY PROGRAM The system supports all training activities conducted by the Office of Legal Education.

SOURCES OF DATA Some data is provided by course participants or their supervisors, at the time the participant is nominated for the course. Other information, such as the course name, course number, course dates, CLE credits, etc., are provided by the staff of the Office of Legal Education. All information is keyed into the system by OLE Staff.
